This initiative is anchored in the conviction that long-term community peace and reconciliation require grassroots mobilization, trauma-informed education, and sustainable systems for response. The goal is to prepare a fully trained, community-owned, trauma-informed response team by the end of one year—positioned to expand into other Memphis districts.
Phase One: Partnership and Sponsorship (Days 1–90)
Objective: Build a foundation of support, trust, and shared ownership among key community partners.

Identify and Secure Community Partners:
Churches, nonprofits, health orgs, local businesses, school administration, and youth groups. -
Establish Leadership Structure:
Appoint a local Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Planning Committee. -
Secure Sponsorships:
Approach corporate, civic, and philanthropic organizations for financial and in-kind support. -
Host Launch Event:
Introduce initiative, vision, and timeline at Manassas High School—mobilize public interest. -
Create Branding/Materials:

Phase Two: Clarity Wellness Assessment (Days 91–180)
Objective: Identify and document the community’s trauma exposure using the ACEs framework.

Objective: Equip selected youth, parents, educators, and community leaders to become trauma-informed trainers and responders.

Safe-space dialogues facilitated on race, justice, trauma, and healing. -
Register Next Neighborhood:
Select next school or zip code to expand the initiative (e.g., Orange Mound, Frayser). -
Launch Online Portal:
