Overview

This initiative is anchored in the conviction that long-term community peace and reconciliation require grassroots mobilization, trauma-informed education, and sustainable systems for response. The goal is to prepare a fully trained, community-owned, trauma-informed response team by the end of one year—positioned to expand into other Memphis districts.

Phase Four: Full Simulation Training & Expansion Registration (Days 271–360)

Objective: Conduct a full-scale community simulation and register the next neighborhood for replication.

Key Actions:

  • Simulation Day at Manassas High School:
All CERT members, trainers, and Clarity Team volunteers engage in a mock crisis event (e.g., neighborhood violence, natural disaster, family crisis).

  • Public Demonstration:
Invite families, churches, and Memphis city leaders to witness readiness.
